Dirty Hearts Drinking GameDirty Hearts is a card drinking game requiring liquor, friends and some imagination to have a rollicking good time.

Game Description The values of the Hearts cards determine the state of play relating to how many questions can be asked, dared offered and drinks consumed. Assign the values of the cards at the start of the game and apply them as you draw each relevant card!

Number of Players:  Minimum of four, maximum of six.

You Will Need A full pack of cards, drinks of your choice and some friends.

How to Play: Sit the group of players down in a circle, either on chairs around a table or on the floor. Make sure every player has a drink (whatever they choose). Shuffle the pack of cards and place them into the center of the circle. Choose a player to go first and have them flip over the first card…

Rules of the Game:

WHEN ANY HEART CARD IS DRAWN: The selector has to DRINK.

HEART CARD NUMBERED 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10: When any of these cards are selected, all other players should ask the selector a question/to perform a dare, who can in turn select ONE question to answer.

HEART COURT CARDS

JACK OF HEARTS: Selector of this card has to choose ONE question or dares from the other players to answer.

QUEEN OF HEARTS: Selector of this card has to choose TWO questions or dares from the other players to answer.

KING OF HEARTS: Selector of this card has to choose THREE questions or dares from the other players to answer.

ACE OF HEARTS: Selector of this card has to choose FOUR questions or dares from the other players to answer.

IF THE SELECTOR OF A HEART COURT CARD REFUSES TO ANSWER A QUESTION:

IF PASS OCCURS WITH THE JACK OF HEARTS: The player passing on the question or dare has to take ONE SIP as a penalty.

IF PASS OCCURS WITH THE QUEEN OF HEARTS: The player passing on the question or dare has to take TWO SIPS as a penalty.

IF PASS OCCURS WITH THE KING OF HEARTS: The player passing on the question or dare has to take THREE SIPS as a penalty.

IF PASS OCCURS WITH THE ACE OF HEARTS: The player passing on the question or dare has to take FOUR SIPS as a penalty.

IF YOUR QUESTION OR DARE IS NOT CHOSEN OR IS PASSED ON: The players who ask unanswered or passed questions/dares have to DRINK. The number of sips corresponds to the number of the card that is being passed on. E.g. the Ace of Hearts being passed on means FOUR sips, while the Jack of Hearts means ONE sip.

You Lose: If you select the most number of ‘Dirty Hearts’ as these are the cards that control the level of drinking in the game. Having the most number of hearts means you will drink the most and the drunkest player at the end is the LOSER.
