Drinking Games A-Z: Beer Bonging

The beer bonging drinking game is for people with high tolerance onlyBeer bonging or beer funneling is a perennial favorite drinking game of the beer enthusiast. Good fun to play at a party, but take it easy as it has the potential for some seriously sore stomachs and heads.

Sip Score: **** (Medium-to-High Sipping game depending on how hard you play)

Game DescriptionThink of the Suffragettes being force fed though a funnel, but with beer instead of liquefied gruel or whatever.

Number of Players:  Minimum of three

You Will Need:  Funnels, tubes, warm beer kegs and some friends!

How to Play: Get all competitors ready and in order to play. The first player sits down, has drinking tubes attached to funnels places in his mouth and the umpire/other player(s) pour beer into the funnels and tubes. Beers should be poured into the funnels and tubes ONE BY ONE ONLY. Each beer should be poured at the same speed for all competitors to make the game fair. Once one beer is finished, pour the second one and keeps on going until the competitor cannot drink any more beer.

The winner is he who consumes all of his beer the fastest (without upchucking).

Rules of the Game:  This game can have its own house rules decided according to the players. Some universals apply:

SPITTING OUT OF BEER: Results in disqualification.

VOMITING: Results in disqualification.

You Lose: If you can’t finish the beer. Don’t push yourself – if you feel uncomfortable, sick or have drunk too much, too quickly, just stop. It can be dangerous to drink too much alcohol too quickly, so don’t risk it.

Safety Disclaimer: Beer Bonging is a fun game but one that can get out of control if people are not responsible. It’s your duty to know your own drinking limits and to ensure that the people you are with are safe as well – a true team effort.  Of utmost importance is to never drink drunk or accept a ride from anyone who you suspect may have been drinking.
